My apartment is on the third floor, and my room is the biggest of the three rooms. There are two windows in total in the room, so it is pretty well lit. One wall is adjacent to the other room, and one other wall has a closet. Overall, the apartment is cozy and neat. The rooms are separated from the living space with a short hall. The living room window overlooks College Avenue and overall is bright. In the mornings, birds sometimes fly by our living room window! Our apartment is right by the staircase, which makes it convenient to leave the building. Also, we only have one adjacent apartment, so it is quiet. 312 has a study room, gym, laundry, and recreational space in the building, which makes it very useful whether that be during test seasons, or just even working out in general. Since it is right on College Avenue, it is extremely convenient to walk to and from school and to other restaurants or stores.
