Dry cleaning & laundry pickup and delivery

Don’t have time to do your laundry? Won’t see Mom & Dad for awhile? Take advantage of our Monday through Friday pick-up and delivery by local professionals. One day return and clothing repair available upon request.

Make change for laundry, vending, etc.

Is your bank closed, or too far away? Visit our leasing office if you need change for a dollar, or don’t want to put all of your last twenty dollars on your laundry card.

Moving cart & vacuum cleaner sign out

When you have a few extra minutes to tidy up, or don’t have enough hands to carry all those packages you just purchased, contact our leasing office to borrow a vacuum or a cart. For larger moving jobs, ask us about our bins!

Package acceptance

For those days when you are expecting an important package, but don’t have time to wait around all day, don’t worry. We’ll sign for your packages, and place them in your apartment.
